What I’m going to write is definitely, clearly, and understandably not of any help to you. I’m sure you have already tried this, but I’d still like to bring it to your notice because it is of much help to me. I use Google Docs(Spreadsheet) and have different sheets within that one main Google Spreadsheet for all my activities. Just to give you an example, within that one spreadsheet, I have sheets titled ‘Submissions,’ ‘Writing Pipeline,’ ‘Upcoming Posts’ etc all complete with dates or deadlines. That one spreadsheet keeps everything at one place.
While on the move, I use Evernote a lot for instant note-taking.
However, none of this is paper. Sorry! I wish I had a better answer or at least a solution closer to what you need.
